The 4-Week Wave Structure
- Week 1 (3×5): 65% × 5, 75% × 5, 85% × 5+ (AMRAP)
- Week 2 (3×3): 70% × 3, 80% × 3, 90% × 3+ (AMRAP)
- Week 3 (5/3/1): 75% × 5, 85% × 3, 95% × 1+ (AMRAP)
- Week 4 (Deload): 40% × 5, 50% × 5, 60% × 5 (Recovery)
